Summer Sweat Series

We're excited to kick off our complimentary Summer Sweat Series in partnership with Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA at Southern Hills Mall, starting August 19th & ending October 1st.

Join us for these free outdoor classes that will promote physical and mental well-being, while offering a space where the community can come together to relax and recharge.  

Wednesday morning yoga classes will be offered for free in the area next to Iron Hill. Thursday evening group fight classes will be offered for free indoors at The Yard (green turf carpet near Scheels). Space will be sectioned off and visible. Classes will be led by nationally certified group-exercise instructors in partnership with Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA

  • EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING (9AM - 10AM)
    VINYASA YOGA:
     
    This yoga style is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. This is what most people know as a traditional yoga class. Classes offered oudoors near Iron Hills.
  • EVERY THURSDAY EVENING (6PM - 7PM)
    GROUP FIGHT:
     
    This class is an explosive MMA style cardio and strength workout choreographed to upbeat music. No workout equipment required. Classes offered indoors at The Yard (green turn carpet near Scheels).

In an effort to continue adhering to social distancing guidelines, space is limited for each class. Register early for your space by clicking HERE!

*Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat, hand towels, water, and any other other items you feel are necessary for you to remain comfortable during these outdoor classes. In the instance of inclement weather, classes will be relocated inside the mall on the astroturf area near Scheels.
