Youth Escort Policy

Daily During Mall Hours

The Youth Escort Policy is actively upheld every day during mall hours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Management, security personnel, and local authorities monitor this policy and work together to foster a positive experience for everyone.

The policy applies to the entire mall, except stores with exterior entrances. These stores include Scheels, Tilt Studio, Barnes & Noble, Ashley Furniture, and JCPenney. Additionally, the AMC Theater is also exempt from this policy. Unsupervised shoppers under the age of 16 who wish to visit the AMC Theater must enter through the designated AMC Theater entrance. They are not permitted to go beyond the area immediately in front of the theater into the mall. The policy encompasses all walkways and corridors leading to the mall. Furthermore, unsupervised shoppers under age 16 will not be permitted to congregate in the mall parking lot.
